Printing Turnaround and Rush Order FAQsUpdated 2 hours ago
Turnaround varies by product and begins after proof approval and receipt of everything we need for the order. Tell us the exact date you need the finished pieces so we can give you the most useful schedule.
What does printing turnaround mean?
Printing turnaround is the number of business days we need to produce your order after proof approval, payment, and receipt of complete files and specifications. Shipping or delivery time is separate.
Does REDBiRD offer same-day or next-day printing?
Sometimes. Same-day and next-day printing depends on the product, quantity, artwork, and our current schedule. Call us at (407) 622-2292 as early as possible with the exact date you need the order.
Is there a rush printing fee?
Rush production can include an additional fee because the job must be scheduled ahead of standard work or use an expedited process. The fee and availability depend on product, quantity, finishing, files, and capacity.
What can delay a print order?
Common causes include missing or low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, missing bleed, proof revisions, slow approval, payment issues, stock availability, custom finishing, mailing requirements, delivery coordination, and changes after the order is submitted.
Are turnaround dates guaranteed?
Quoted dates are estimates and production schedules can change. REDBiRD will work to meet confirmed deadlines, but customers should allow a buffer for proofs, revisions, production, pickup, shipping, weather, carrier delays, and venue receiving.
How should I communicate a hard deadline?
Tell us the exact date and time you need the finished materials, where they’re going, the event or launch date, quantity, final specifications, and whether the artwork is ready. Please share this before relying on a rush schedule.
