Printing Prices, Quotes and Minimum Quantity FAQsUpdated 2 hours ago

Custom printing prices depend on product specifications and quantity. Online pricing covers standard configurations, while quote-based work is priced to the project.

What affects the price of custom printing?

The main factors are finished size, quantity, paper or material, color, one- or two-sided printing, pages, folds, binding, die cutting, coatings, finishing, personalization, mailing, packaging, design work, rush production, pickup, and shipping.

Why do some products say call for quote?

Quote-based products have more variables than a standard online configuration. Business forms, banners, packaging, hats, lapel pins, waterproof menus, and specialty signs often need dimensions, materials, finishing, quantities, and deadlines reviewed before pricing.

Do larger quantities lower the unit price?

Usually. Setup and production costs are spread across more pieces, so the price per item often decreases as quantity rises. Order the quantity you can realistically use before details or branding become outdated.

Are proofs included?

Standard digital proofs are provided before production. Physical samples, packaging prototypes, extensive design revisions, press proofs, or specialty color work can require additional charges.

Are shipping, design, postage, and rush fees included?

Not always. Online product pricing may exclude shipping. Graphic design, postage, custom finishing, specialty materials, delivery, and rush production can be separate. Review the cart or quote for the complete scope.

How do I get an accurate quote?

Tell us the finished size, quantity, material, color and sides, pages or parts, folds or finishing, artwork status, pickup or delivery location, and exact deadline. Photos or a sample are helpful for unusual projects.
