Order Changes, Cancellations and Reprint FAQsUpdated 2 hours ago
Because we make each custom order specifically for you, changes and cancellations become limited after payment, proof approval, or production begins.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Contact REDBiRD immediately. Changes may be possible before proof approval or production, but can affect price and timing. Once manufacturing has begun, the requested change may be impossible or require a new order.
Can I submit new artwork after receiving a proof?
Yes, but replacing files or requesting revisions can require a new proof, added design or re-proof charges, and a revised completion estimate.
Can I cancel a custom printing order?
Because custom work is scheduled and made to order, cancellation may not be possible after payment. Call us right away, and we’ll review what work has already been completed and what options remain.
Can custom printed products be returned?
Custom products generally are not returnable because they were made to the approved specifications. If you believe the order has a manufacturing defect, contact REDBiRD before returning anything and request written return authorization.
What should I do if the order is damaged or defective?
Photograph the packaging and affected products, keep all materials, and contact REDBiRD promptly with the order number, quantity affected, and clear images. Shipping damage can also require a carrier claim.
Will a reprint match a previous order exactly?
We work for consistency, but color can vary slightly between production runs, papers, inks, devices, and printing methods. Bring or send us a prior sample and tell us about any critical color requirements before reordering.
