Ask for a quote when your specifications aren’t listed online, you need a custom size or finish, the quantity is unusual, several products share one deadline, or the project includes design, mailing, packaging, kitting, or delivery.

Where do I upload artwork?

Use the REDBiRD file upload form, include the order number in the subject line, attach the artwork, and add any production notes in the message field.

When does production begin?

Production begins after the proof is approved, payment is complete, and all required files and project details have been received. Artwork revisions or delayed approval can move the completion date.
