Graphic Design for Print FAQsUpdated 2 hours ago
Our design team can create a print-ready layout or help fix artwork that isn’t ready for professional printing yet.
Does REDBiRD offer graphic design services?
Yes. Graphic design is available for an additional fee. We can create a new layout, adapt your existing branding, prepare production files, or make artwork work correctly for the product you’re ordering.
Can you fix artwork that is not print-ready?
Often, yes. We can resize files, add bleed, rebuild low-resolution elements, outline or replace fonts, adjust panel layouts, and place artwork on a dieline. We’ll explain any design fee before doing substantial work.
What should I send to a print designer?
Send your logo in vector format when possible, along with brand colors, fonts, final copy, high-resolution photos, finished size, product specifications, examples you like, required legal text, and a clear deadline.
How many revisions are included?
Revision scope depends on the quoted design project. Consolidate feedback from all stakeholders and designate one approver to reduce rounds, cost, and schedule risk.
Will I receive a proof of the designed piece?
Yes. You will review a proof before printing. Proof approval confirms the layout and content, so verify spelling, phone numbers, URLs, dates, pricing, folds, page order, and size carefully.
Does design time count toward the printing turnaround?
Design, revision, and proof approval happen before production. Printing turnaround begins after final proof approval, payment, and all required materials are complete, so allow separate time for creative work.
