Does REDBiRD make corrugated shipping boxes?

Our focus is printed cardstock and paperboard packaging rather than corrugated shipping boxes. Tell us the product dimensions, weight, shipping method, and packaging goal, and we’ll let you know whether paperboard is the right fit.

What information is needed for a custom packaging quote?

Tell us the finished box size, product dimensions and weight, quantity, paperboard preference, print colors, finish, closure style, artwork status, deadline, and whether you need structural design or a sample.

Do I need a packaging dieline?

Packaging artwork must be built on an approved dieline showing cuts, folds, glue areas, and panel orientation. If you do not have one, ask about structural design support before creating final graphics.

Can I see a proof or sample before full production?

A digital proof is used to confirm artwork. Depending on the construction, quantity, and project, a physical prototype or production sample may also be recommended and can affect price and schedule.

How long does custom packaging take?
